- Catch the shuttle bus from Moore on the highway in front of Kai Lounge, 9 Main St S, Moore
- Parking is available in the park across the road and at the far end of the service lane, please allow parking for caravans and trucks as it is a popular town to stop in due to the three cafes and toilets
- Allow yourself time to find a park, unload and be ready to board the shuttle (10-15 minutes prior to departure time)
- Moore does NOT have town drinking water, it is available to buy at the local cafes
- There is a water tap, free gas bbq and playground in the park as well
- This will be a shared service, we are unable to stop and drop off luggage but a luggage transfer service can be added (additional fee) upon completion of your shuttle
- Pannier bags will need to be removed from your bike prior to loading on the trailer
- Bikes are secured using a combination of Thuele upride and freeride bike
racks
- Mud guards on front wheels may not be suitable to be secured in our racks and removal before loading is suggested, any damage incurred is at the riders risk
- Please ensure any loose items on your bike are removed before loading on the trailer to reduce the likelihood of loss or damage
- Our refund/cancellation policy can be found on our website and payment of your shuttle or bike hire acknowledges that you have read and accept these terms and conditions
